Camp FAQs
What is included in the registration fee?
The fee covers accommodation, meals (breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner and supper) sessions, and activities.
Who can attend the church camp?
Our camp is open to all ages. Children, youth, and adults are welcome—whether you’re part of our church community or a guest.
What kinds of activities will there be?
Worship and teaching sessions, small group discussions, outdoor activities, team games, and fellowship opportunities designed to help participants grow spiritually and build unity
How do I register and when is the deadline?
Registration can be completed online through our website. Spaces are limited, so we recommend registering early. The deadline for Early Bird Prices is Friday 31 October 2025 if not 9th November 2025.
What should I bring with me to camp?
Please bring your Bible, notebook, comfortable clothing, toiletries, bedding, extra snacks, your personal medications and any personal items you may need. A detailed packing list will be sent out before the event.
Where will the camp be held?
The camp will take place at The Tops Conference Centre. We will be at the Acacia location, 51 Bendena Gardens, Stanwell Tops NSW 2508.
Sunday Crafternoon - Making Bracelets
Bring the kids and your creative spirit for a fun-filled afternoon of arts and crafts! We'll be making colourful bracelets and necklaces – a perfect hands-on activity for children and a great chance for families to connect and create together.
This is also a wonderful opportunity to meet other families in the community, share a laugh, and enjoy some creative time with new friends.
This event is open to families, adults, and kids of all ages.

Family Fortress
Join us for the Family Fortress Seminar to learn all aspects about family, parenting, relationships and how we can place God in the centre of it all.
There will be a Q&A session, followed by an afternoon tea.
A program will be provided for kids during the seminar.

Monday, 25th December - 10am for Christmas Service, lunch will be provided (ham, bread and coleslaw). There will be photo opportunities with Santa. If you'd like to participate in Kris Kringle - please bring along a present valued at $5 per child, $10 per adult.
