Migrant Support Network

supporting migrants as they settle into new life in Australia

The Migrant Support Network exists to meet the immediate and ongoing needs of migrants in Australia by providing both personal and professional services. We are committed to helping migrants establish themselves in the Australian community by providing practical assistance and social support.

In 2010, Hope Mission Centre received a Parramatta City Council grant that would fund a program to support newly arrived migrants in Australia. After much planning and preparation, the Migrant Support Network was launched in October 2010.

Our program organises monthly social meetings and events, IELTS preparation courses and Career Pathways workshops in order to strengthen and support individuals and families in the migrant community.

The Migrant Support Network organises community activities and events, courses and workshops, which are designed to help and support new migrants as they settle into life in Australia.
